Still looking for James

So now that I am actually sitting at my genealogy computer I can add some details about James. He is said to have been born in Dublin, Ireland 15 December 1884. It is unknown how he got to the US; however, his daughter Patricia said that he jumped ship of the cost of Nova Scotia and then made his way across Canada to Manitoba (or Ontario or Saskatchewan) and then dropped down into North Dakota. He married Patricia's mother Agnes Wilkie of the Turtle Mountain band of Chippewa (Ojibwa) on  20 October 1922. Unfortunately, James had contracted syphilis as a young man and it was never treated. He died 14 April 1946 in Jamestown, Rolette County, North Dakota, in the state hospital.

I am looking for James and his life before getting into North Dakota. The marriage license says that he is from Fargo, North Dakota; however, at this time I am unable to find any record of him living there.

Someone please help!!

Still Looking for James Reardon in North Dakota OR Canada!

James Reardon was a cook....He lived at the Turtle Mountain Reservation in Belcourt, North Dakota  with his wife Agnes Wilkie and his children. For a while they moved to Montana where he was employed as a cook.

On James' and Agnes' marriage certificate it lists James as from Fargo, North Dakota. I have had NO LUCK finding him there either!! This man is very elusive!

More on James Reardon

I found out from James and Agnes' marriage certificate from Rollette, North Dakota that James may have lived in Fargo prior to 1922.

More to follow....

Looking for James Reardon North Dakota 1884-1946

I am looking for James Reardon who married Agnes Wilkie 20 October 1922 in Belcourt, North Dakota. I have his dates of birth and death (1884-1946) but I CANNOT find him before 1922!!  He is a complete mystery! The rumor is that he was on a ship and jumped ship off the coast of eastern Canada and made his way across Canada to the area above North Dakota. He may have been in Minnesota before he came to North Dakota.

Any ideas anyone!?
